Lead, train, and manage a team of technical professionals (project and system engineers) to provide Project Management, System commissioning, technical support, and Pre-sales to satisfy customer's requirement and achieve company's objective
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities among team members based on their skills and expertise
Conduct performance evaluations, set goals and provide feedback to team member
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, Service, IT, Finance & Admin to ensure alignment and coordination of technical activities with overall business objectives
To assist Sales Dept in the Pre-sales and tender bidding to secure new jobs
To manage purchasing of equipment and company's equipment and inventory
Preparation of project budgets and proposals for capital expenditure and investments in equipment, systems, or other assets and resources
To monitor performance of Sub-contractors to meet customers expectations with enforcement of Sub-contractor Control Procedure stipulated in ISO9002 procedure
Ensure systems and processes comply with workplace safety and health regulatory requirements
Ensure that customer quality specifications are constantly met
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent qualifications
Possess minimum 5 years and above of relevant working experience in Security Industry, managing a group of 5 or more engineers
