Global IBP Process Manager
Job Description
Key accountabilities:
- Improving the maturity level of IBP process in markets, regions and business units by working closely with all functions to develop better processes and content.
- Facilitate core IBP meetings (Demand Review Meetings, Supply Review Meeting, Integrated Reconciliation and Executive Business Review).
- Prepare and consolidate inputs for each IBP step, translating data into clear insights and executive-ready materials.
- Coordinate across commercial, finance, and supply teams to align plans and assumptions.
- Drive continuous improvement of meeting structure, templates, and content flow.
- Track key decisions, risks, and follow-ups from each IBP cycle.
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to support decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and prepare reports as needed.
About you
- Bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in S&OP process in fast moving consumer goods or electronics manufacturer is essential.
- Strong business acumen - you are someone who can quickly absorb a new domain, and recognise what problems are most valuable for our stakeholders.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in response to constraints and respond constructively to new demands and challenges.
- Knowledge of global market trends, consumer behaviour, and supply chain management concepts.
- Strong business presentation and communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical ability and Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint skills.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau is an added advantage.
