about the role

responsible for driving the development and execution of strategic initiatives while ensuring strong corporate governance frameworks are in place. You will work closely with senior leadership to align business operations with long-term goals, manage risk, and support effective decision-making across the organization.

• support design coordination and ensure compliance with project specs.
• manage design schedules and submissions with consultants and authorities.
• resolve technical issues and site discrepancies during execution.
• optimise design proposals to reduce construction cost.
• guide engineers and coordinate consultant input for site changes.

knowledge and skills

• degree in Civil Engineering, recognised by PE Board.
• 8 years of experience in MRT/LTA related projects
• experience with authority submissions and regulatory compliance.
• strong technical coordination and client-facing skills.
• good leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
