Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage technical proposals during tender stage.
• Review tender specifications and raise technical clarifications where required.
• Manage and coordinate external engineering consultants for both temporary and permanent works (including Design & Build projects).
• Ensure buildability and technical risks are well addressed in design proposals.
• Drive value engineering initiatives and propose alternative design / construction solutions.
• Provide technical advisory support during project execution when required.
• Coordinate interfaces between design and construction teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure design coordination across multiple disciplines.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in foundation works, preferably in bored piling, driven piling, diaphragm wall, micro piling, and related foundation systems.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
