Review and approve testing & commissioning plans.
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and inspections.
Work closely with the Safety Department to ensure safe work practices.
Identify technical risks and implement preventive action plans.
Ensure the team complies with safety regulations and permit-to-work requirements.
Monitor project costs related to materials, equipment, and technical works.
Propose cost-saving methods without compromising quality or safety.
Assist in preparing variation orders, technical proposals, and reports.
Prepare progress reports, technical reports, and incident reports.
Update management regularly on project status, risks, and solutions.
