Technical Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage technical requirements, troubleshooting, inspections, and client communications.
• Oversee projects and service tasks including on-site activities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to support business growth in after-sales, projects, and supervisory services.
• Support day-to-day service activities such as quoting, purchase order management, and technical-commercial negotiations.
• Facilitate technical coordination and troubleshooting between clients and manufacturers.
• Maintain technical documentation, maintenance records, and spare parts inventories.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for projects.
• Collaborate with project teams on planning and execution.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop service offerings, obtaining necessary approvals.
• Handle commercial functions such as billing, invoicing, contract negotiation, taxation, insurance, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience working in diverse, multinational work environments.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and approachable attitude.
