Technical Lead (ReactJS, Redux, Context API, JavaScript)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS.

• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend teams, and architects to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Review code, mentor team members, and ensure high code quality and performance.

• Drive technical decision-making, estimations, and sprint planning.

• Ensure application security, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Troubleshoot complex frontend issues and optimize application performance.

Requirements:

• 8 years of overall experience with strong expertise in frontend development.

• 6-7 years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux/Context API, Hooks.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.

• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices-based systems, and backend integration.

• Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Babel), version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to cloud platforms and frontend performance optimization techniques.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
