Senior Technical Lead (ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications using ReactJS.

• Define frontend architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend teams, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to frontend developers.

• Ensure application performance, security, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Drive adoption of modern frontend tools, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.

• Participate in planning, estimation, and release management activities.

Requirements:

• 10 years of overall software development experience with 4+ years in ReactJS.

• 8 years in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.

• Solid understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and security best practices.

• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile development practices.

• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
