Technical Lead (ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end applications using ReactJS.

• Define front-end architecture, coding standards, and best practices.

• Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Perform code reviews, ensure quality, performance, and security standards.

• Mentor and guide front-end developers, providing technical leadership and support.

• Drive application optimization for speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical decision-making.

• Troubleshoot complex UI issues and ensure timely delivery of features.

Requirements:

• 9 years of overall experience with 5+ years in front-end development using ReactJS.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

• 7-8 years with Redux / Context API, hooks, and component-based architecture.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working closely with backend services.

• Good understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and accessibility standards.

• Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
