Technical Lead (Java 8, OOPs, Spring Boot, RESTful API)

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and delivery of Java 8-based applications.

• Architect and implement scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

• Guide and mentor team members perform code reviews and ensure coding standards.

• Collaborate with business, product, and architecture teams to finalize technical solutions.

• Drive best practices in software design, testing, security, and performance optimization.

• Own technical planning, estimations, and timely delivery of assigned modules.

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure system stability.

Requirements:

• 8 years of hands-on experience in Java/J2EE with strong Java 8 expertise.

• 6-8 years of OOPs, data structures, multithreading, and design patterns.

• Experience with Spring / Spring Boot and RESTful API development.

• Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and transaction management.

• Experience with microservices architecture and integration patterns.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
