Supports the facilities team in all aspects of engineering and technical services of the shopping mall operations and reports to the Assistant Manager/Manager
Coordinate with the FM team and other departments/divisions on various facility matters and assist in various operations issues
Work together with the Assistant Manager/Manager to monitor the efficient operation of the building's systems and equipment
Maintain policies and procedures for the building operations, maintenance, administration and management
Assist to prepare monthly management reports, building circulars and memoranda
Responsible for maintaining the property management system for Facilities department
Supervise a team of Technicians
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Building Services/ Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience in similar field
Strong technical expertise in equipment and processes
Highly motivated, meticulous and willing to be cross-trained in various aspects of facilities
Team player with good communication and organization skills
Conversant in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of applications
Able to read engineering drawings and building plans
