Contract Executive

We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role requires you to be the overall incharge of the Contract Department. For this role, you will report to the General Manager/Director.

Responsibilities

1 Source tendering information, prepare tender including the pricing for management's review and make recommendations to the General Manager/ Director

2 Able to call quotation, prepare quotation comparison and negotiate with subcontractors prior to award of subcontract works

3 Develop, review and monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions

4 Handle the documentation of the tenders and ensure accurate and timely submissions

5 Able to attend and handle tender interviews

6 Gather information, contract negotiation, pricing and payment schedules

7 Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions

8 Prepare contract & contract documents

9 Gather information, contract negotiation, pricing & payments

Skills Requirements

1 Minimum 5 years or above of related experience in M&E/Integrated Facilities Management

2 Relevant Degree/ Diploma

3 Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work in a team

4 Good oral and written English skills

5 Proven track records of awarded projects

6 Knowledge on M&E construction materials and procurement method

Other information

1 5.5 working days (Mon - Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Sat: 8:30am to 1pm alternate sat)

2 Location is in Kaki Bukit

3 Full time job
