Technical Executive

Spring Valley is seeking a Technical Executive/ Coordinator to join our team and support the smooth technical operations of our bulk carrier fleet. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with experience in vessel maintenance, compliance, and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Vessel Managers coordinate and monitor vessel maintenance, repairs, and service schedules.

- Support Vessel Managers manage procurement and service activities in a cost-effective manner.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, classification society, and Port/ flag state requirements.

- Track and monitor vessel technical reports, performance data, and inspections.

- Support Vessel Managers with dry-docking planning, execution, and budget tracking.

- Assist Vessel Managers in reviewing fuel, oil, and water analysis reports for fleet vessels.

- Organize port agency appointments and service attendances.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field (preferred).

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in vessel technical operations or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of PMS systems, class surveys, and vessel maintenance.

- Proficiency in ERP systems and technical documentation handling.

- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
