Technical Executive (Building)

What You Will Be Working On

You will be part of the team assisting the Building Manager / Engineer in the of management of post-construction feedback, building maintenance and improvement works in HDB estates; as well as conducting audit inspection of building testing work and estate inspection to safeguard HDB buildings in close proximity to deep excavation and tunnelling works. The scope of work involves site inspection, coordination with stakeholders, and report preparation.

What We Are Looking For

You should possess a good background in Structural or Civil Engineering, or Building or Facilities Management. Candidate with related working experience is preferred. Good knowledge in reading technical drawings and productivity software (such as word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, data analysis) will be an advantage. We are looking for team-player who can also work independently, possesses a positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous, and a self-motivated learner.

Successful candidate will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
