Technical Director

Key Responsibilities:

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and strategic direction to the organization, driving innovation and process enhancement in the metal industry.

- Team Management: Lead and manage internal and external teams to resolve critical technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

- Customer Support: Provide 24/7 support to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

- Problem-Solving: Develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the metal industry, with a strong technical background and proven track record of innovation and process enhancement.

- Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of metal industry processes, technologies, and trends.

- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct internal and external teams.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
