Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Design & Production Specialist to support product design, sample creation, and marketing initiatives. This role combines technical design, hands-on production, and creative collaboration with the marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce small product samples for marketing and client use
- Use CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks) to create technical drawings
- Operate laser equipment to produce finished products
- Support marketing team in content creation (e.g. videos, livestreams)
- Provide basic technical support to customers on machine usage and settings
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on product ideas and applications
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Design, or related field
- Experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Hands-on experience with machinery or fabrication equipment preferred
- Basic understanding of product design and production processes
- Comfortable supporting marketing activities (e.g. video, demo, livestream)
- Creative and innovative mindset
