We are looking for a hands-on and self-driven TechArchitect(Java) who can lead a squad of developers to deliver automation solutions reliably and independently.The ideal candidate will possess deep Java expertise and the ability to contribute meaningful inputs to architects and solution designers.The candidateneeds tobeproactive& self-driven to engagestakeholderswith respect to process,solution& dependency management.The Tech Lead will ensure the team functions as a high-performing delivery unit with strong engineering practices, accountability, and minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership to a team of developers focused on building and deploying automation solutions in Java.

Ensure high-quality delivery of automation components based on solutions and designs provided by architects and stakeholders.

Collaborate with solution architectand stakeholdersto understand business requirements and offer practical technical inputs when needed.

Drive the team's execution by enforcing development best practices, coding standards, and automation delivery discipline.

Own end-to-end technical delivery including development planning, task breakdown, peer reviews, defect resolution, and deployment readiness.

Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement within the squad.

Identify and address technical blockers or inefficiencies that may affect timely delivery.

Mentor and coach developers to elevate their technical skills and independence.

Work closely with product owners,Dev team, and DevOps engineers to ensure alignment across the software delivery lifecycle.

Support integration of APIs, systems, and tools with attention to scalability, security, and performance.

Stay up to date with Java ecosystem trends and advocate for meaningful improvements.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

12+ years of experience in Java development, with at least 23 years in a technical lead capacity.

Strong expertise in Java and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, etc.).

Experience in building and delivering automation solutions and API integrations.

Good understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and backend design principles.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (Angular, React, JavaScript) is a plus.

Strong database experience (SQL/NoSQL Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).

Exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tools (ADO, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of authentication and authorization standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML) for secure API delivery.

Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (JIRA, Azure Boards, etc.).

Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience in theCyber Securitydomain and Banking vertical is a significant advantage.
