As a Salesforce Insurance Solution Architect, you will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions tailored to the insurance industry. Required
-10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design, with at least 5 years in Salesforce implementations.
-Deep understanding of insurance business processes and regulatory requirements with focus on Distribution and Agency journey transformation
-Proven experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integration tools (Apigee, MuleSoft, Kafka).
-Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
Preferred
-Experience with InsurTech platforms and digital transformation programs.
-Familiarity with SOC 2, data privacy, and compliance frameworks.
-Knowledge of tools like JIRA, MS Visio, and OneView.
