Technical Architect (Microsoft Infrastructure & Virtualisation)

We are supporting a search for a Technical Architect to lead infrastructure projects and provide L3 support across Microsoft and virtualisation environments.

Key Responsibilities
. Architect and deliver Microsoft infrastructure solutions (Windows Server, Azure, M365)
. Lead Hyper-V / VDI / virtual desktop implementations
. Own project lifecycle from design through to delivery
. Manage infrastructure projects end-to-end, ensuring timelines and quality are met
. Provide L3 escalation support and manage complex client environments
. Engage clients, vendors and internal teams to ensure successful delivery
. Support pre-sales activities, solution design, documentation and risk assessment

Requirements
. Strong experience in Microsoft Server, M365 and Azure
. Hands-on experience with Hyper-V / virtualisation environments
. Exposure to networking (Cisco, firewalls, cloud connectivity)
. Experience in project delivery and client-facing environments
. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
