Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Technical Account Specialist, where you will provide expert support to customers related to technical troubleshooting and guidance. Responsibilities include managing account inquiries, addressing customer technical needs, ensuring successful product integration, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping, Accounting, and Finance
  • Understanding of invoicing processes and related tasks
  • Strong oral and written Communication skills to effectively support clients and collaborate with team members
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time efficiently
  • Background in technology or electronics-related fields is a plus
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with CRM or support software tools is advantageous
