Technical Account Specialist

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Technical Account Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing client accounts, performing bookkeeping, handling invoicing, and solving account-related issues. They will provide support related to client inquiries, maintain financial records, and ensure accurate and efficient account operations. Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Bookkeeping and Invoicing
• Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles
• Excellent Communication skills and ability to work effectively with clients and team members
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with financial management software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred
