We are looking for a Team Leader to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Support the service team during daily operations
• Ensure smooth and efficient dining service for all guests
• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
• Handle guest feedback, special requests, and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of the restaurant before, during, and after service
• Ensure proper table settings, menu knowledge, and service flow

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in a hotel, restaurant, or similar setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Excellent grooming and professional appearance
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
