Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end corporate secretarial matters for group entities
- Manage board, board committee and shareholder meeting processes
- Prepare agendas, resolutions, board papers and formal minutes
- Serve as a key point of contact for board members on governance matters
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all entities
- Coordinate filings, annual returns and entity maintenance locally and overseas
- Support incorporation and structuring of new entities as required
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Team Lead, Corporate Secretarial Should Have
- Recognised professional qualification to act as Company Secretary in Singapore
- Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial or governance roles
- Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act and regulatory requirements
- Proven ability to manage board-level processes and senior stakeholders
- Capable of working independently in a structured, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
