Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced operations professional to lead and support our operations and case management function.
This role is suited for candidates with strong insurance brokerage operations experience who are comfortable managing complex cases while overseeing day-to-day operational workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with consultants, internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient case management and high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end case management and operational processes for insurance applications and servicing
Monitor and manage operational workflows, turnaround time, and service standards
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
Provide guidance, support and mentorship to junior team members
Ensure proper documentation, compliance and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
Experience in client management, relationship-building, and delivering exceptional customer service in the HNW segment
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills to oversee complex case processes
Strong understanding of life insurance products and operational processes, particularly within the HNW segment
Leadership experience or team supervision experience will be an advantage
Effective written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and professionalism
Familiarity with the Singapore insurance regulatory environment is an advantage
