About the Company
An established financial services organization is looking to strengthen its High Net Worth (HNW) Case Management team with the addition of an experienced senior professional. This role will play a key part in supporting front-office Relationship Managers by overseeing complex insurance case management activities while also mentoring and guiding an existing team.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge across HNW insurance solutions, excellent stakeholder management skills, and prior experience leading or coaching a team within a fast-paced client servicing environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the HNW Case Management function.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervisory support to a team of Case Managers to ensure high service standards and operational excellence.
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers to support high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Manage end-to-end case management processes, including policy implementation, underwriting coordination, documentation follow-up, and post-sales servicing.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex or sensitive client cases and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with insurers, internal stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate smooth execution of insurance transactions.
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround across all case management activities.
- Review and streamline existing workflows and operational processes to improve efficiency and client experience.
- Support onboarding and training initiatives for junior team members and contribute to building a strong team culture.
- Maintain strong knowledge of market practices, insurance products, and regulatory requirements relevant to HNW clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience within insurance operations, HNW servicing, case management, private banking support, or wealth advisory support functions.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of High Net Worth insurance products and policy administration processes.
- Prior experience managing, mentoring, or leading a small team would be highly preferred.
- Ability to work closely with front-office stakeholders and manage senior-level relationships professionally.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Meticulous, client-focused, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial services or insurance industry is advantageous.
