Position Overview

Details of the Division and Team:

Domain Coordinator who works directly with TDI - CIO to maximize their effectiveness, leverage their time, and ensure the successful execution of organizational priorities. This role serves as an extension of the executive, acting as a trusted advisor, a central point of contact, and an orchestrator of key initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, facilitating communication, managing strategic projects, and ensuring alignment with the executive's vision and goals.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management:
    • Drive the portfolio Management together with TDI - CIO.

    • Overview on Domain KPIs, Vision & Roadmap.

    • Align with BM/COO on budgets, forecasts and benefits.

    • Stakeholder management

    • Support talent process

  • Strategic Prioritization & Execution:
    • Partner with the regional CIO to define, refine, and cascade strategic priorities across the organization.

    • Monitor progress against strategic goals, identify roadblocks, and facilitate problem-solving.

    • Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Operational Excellence & Efficiency:
    • Streamline workflows, processes, and communication channels to enhance organizational efficiency.

    • Manage and prioritize the executive's time, including meeting preparation, agenda development, and follow-up on action items.

    • Oversee the execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.

    • Identify and implement best practices to improve operational effectiveness.

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:
    • Create visibility on Domain structure

    • Domain specific visual and communication standards (e.g. ppt template)

    • Organise governance meetings.

    • Act as a central point of contact and liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders (e.g., senior leadership, board members, key clients, investors).

    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, reports, and communications on behalf of the executive.

    • Facilitate effective communication flow, ensuring key messages are understood and actions are clear.

  • Meeting & Event Management:
    • Plan, prepare for, and often facilitate key leadership meetings (e.g., Board meetings, Executive Committee meetings, All-Hands).

    • Ensure meeting agendas are well-defined, objectives are clear, and action items are captured and tracked.

    • Follow up on commitments made during meetings to ensure timely completion.

  • Special Projects & Initiatives:
    • Reflect progress on key priorities and deliver Management reporting.

    • Lead and manage high-impact special projects that fall outside the purview of existing departments.

    • Conduct due diligence, analysis, and present recommendations on various strategic opportunities or challenges.

  • Team & Culture Building (if applicable):
    • Support the division in driving a positive and productive team culture.

    • Assist in talent initiatives, such as onboarding, development, and team engagement.

Your skills and experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic, operational, or consulting roles, including Chief of Staff or Domain Coordinator, with direct exposure to senior leadership (CIO, ExCo, Board).

  • Proven experience in project management, strategic planning, and operational execution, with responsibility for cross-functional initiatives and timely delivery of outcomes.

  • Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and familiarity with project management software e.g. Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint

  • Prior experience in executive-level communication, managing senior stakeholders, and delivering presentations supported by data analysis and financial modelling

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Management, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred
