Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified HR & Admin Executive for our Singapore corporate office, located in the Paya Lebar/Tai Seng vicinity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and documentations
- Payroll and benefits administration
- Implement and execute HR policies and procedures
- Support and maintain the HR information system
- Oversee office facilities, vendors and service providers
- Coordinate procurement of office supplies and services
- Arrange business travel, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, and visa applications
- Maintain the company records, licenses, and statutory documents
- Handle directors administration matters.
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum GCE O Level or Diploma in Business/Human Resources/Accounting
- Good working knowledge of Singapore HR practices and regulations
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and office administration roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
- Mature individuals with high integrity and professionalism
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- The ability to start work on short notice is an advantage
