Our client is seeking an independent individual to join a reputable firm as a Tax Accountant. The ideal candidate should possess MSI-AIS or GTP experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full set of accounts using the company's ERP system
- Prepare monthly closing reports and related schedules for audits
- Handle GST reporting and support tax computation and analysis
- Assist in process setup and implementation for AIS or Global Trader Programme (GTP)
- Ensure accuracy of transactions posted to the correct revenue and cost centres
Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with AIS or Global Trader Programme (GTP) setup, implementation, and audit is required
- Prior exposure to Business Central will be an advantage
- Strong background in handling full set of accounts, preferably within the shipping industry
- Independent, detail-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced environment
