About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Talent Partner to support hiring across Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory functions in Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role will work closely with business leaders and HR partners to identify, attract, and hire top talent within a fast-paced financial services environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong agency recruiting experience, a comprehensive understanding of the financial services talent market, and proven experience partnering with stakeholders to deliver strategic hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Talent Partnership

  • Partner closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and functional heads to understand hiring priorities and workforce planning needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent market dynamics, hiring strategies, and candidate engagement approaches.
  • Translate business objectives into effective recruitment strategies for Risk, Compliance, and Regulatory functions.
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including role scoping, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
    • Identify and engage high-quality candidates through direct sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
    • Build pipelines for critical roles across Singapore and Southeast Asia.

    Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping

    • Maintain deep knowledge of the financial services talent landscape, particularly within risk management, compliance, and regulatory functions.
    • Conduct competitor and talent market mapping to support strategic hiring initiatives.
    • Provide insights on compensation benchmarks, candidate motivations, and hiring trends.

    Stakeholder Management

    • Manage relationships with senior hiring managers and HR partners to ensure alignment on hiring expectations and timelines.
    • Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.

    Agency & Vendor Collaboration

    • Leverage prior agency recruiting experience to proactively source talent and build strong candidate networks.
    • Coordinate with external search partners when required to support niche hiring needs.

    Requirements

    Experience

    • 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably within financial services or fintech.
    • Prior experience in an agency recruitment environment is required.
    • Proven track record hiring for Risk, Compliance, Legal, or Regulatory functions.
    • Experience supporting hiring across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
    • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.
    • Excellent sourcing and market mapping skills.
    • Deep understanding of the financial services regulatory landscape and associated talent pools.
    • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
