Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Trading, Operations, Marketing, and Technical roles, ensuring alignment with hiring goals.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn, Discord, Reddit, trading forums, and other online communities.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine job scopes, and design structured interview processes.
- Create compelling job postings and candidate outreach to attract high-quality talent.
- Stay informed on talent trends within fintech, trading, and blockchain sectors to enhance sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders.
