We are seeking individuals with experience in recruitment, executive search, or consulting who are able to manage search assignments and engage senior stakeholders.
Manage executive search assignments from research through candidate placement
Partner with clients to understand hiring requirements and organisational needs
Conduct industry mapping and identify potential candidates for leadership roles
Engage and assess candidates through structured interviews and consultations
Present candidate shortlists and market insights to clients
Manage interview coordination and support offer discussions
Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals
Degree in any discipline
2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, executive search, consulting, or related fields
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and research capabilities
