The Role

Reporting to the Head of Talent Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies aligned with organizational goals. Key responsibilities include reviewing and enhancing succession planning processes, identifying high-potential talent, and executing initiatives that drive talent development and support business objectives. You will also contribute to the performance appraisal process and provide support on related talent initiatives and activities.

Your Profile

You hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, and bring at least 7 years of relevant experience in talent management and performance appraisal. You possess strong stakeholder management capabilities, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Well-versed in executing end-to-end talent management processes, you are also highly analytical and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
