Our client is a Government Link Corporation. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Talent Management Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the organisation's Talent Management Strategy aligned with business and social mission.
Develop and implement high-potential programmes and robust succession plans for critical roles
Establish KPIs, accountability frameworks, and workforce planning to mitigate talent risks.
Partner HR to develop and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for key talent segments.
Build strategic partnerships with external talent partners, government agencies, and industry bodies.
Support leadership in assessing talent needs for new initiatives, service innovation, and transformation projects.
Provide talent consulting to senior leaders on organisation design, capability building, and leadership readiness.
Oversee vendors, funding initiatives, and budget management for talent programmes.
Lead and develop the Talent Management team while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and data privacy requirements.
Requirements:
At least 7-10 years HR experience in Talent Management/OD/HR Strategy with HiPo and succession planning exposure.
Strong stakeholder management, confident with C-suite experienced in leading programmes and vendors.
Strategic and hands-on, with clarity and agility in fast-paced environments.
