Senior Talent Management Manager

Our client is a Government Link Corporation. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Talent Management Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the organisation's Talent Management Strategy aligned with business and social mission.

• Develop and implement high-potential programmes and robust succession plans for critical roles

• Establish KPIs, accountability frameworks, and workforce planning to mitigate talent risks.

• Partner HR to develop and strengthen the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for key talent segments.

• Build strategic partnerships with external talent partners, government agencies, and industry bodies.

• Support leadership in assessing talent needs for new initiatives, service innovation, and transformation projects.

• Provide talent consulting to senior leaders on organisation design, capability building, and leadership readiness.

• Oversee vendors, funding initiatives, and budget management for talent programmes.

• Lead and develop the Talent Management team while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and data privacy requirements.

Requirements:

• At least 7-10 years HR experience in Talent Management/OD/HR Strategy with HiPo and succession planning exposure.

• Strong stakeholder management, confident with C-suite experienced in leading programmes and vendors.

• Strategic and hands-on, with clarity and agility in fast-paced environments.
