Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Talent Development Manager / Senior Learning & Development Executive. The role focuses on driving organizational capability by designing and implementing effective talent development and learning strategies. Key responsibilities include identifying skill gaps, developing structured learning programs, and supporting leadership development initiatives. The position also involves managing training plans, evaluating program effectiveness, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. In addition, the role requires collaborating with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning, enhance employee engagement, and support overall workforce development through impactful learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of talent development frameworks and learning strategies

• Ability to design, implement, and evaluate training and development programs

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Strong organizational and project management abilities

• Analytical thinking with the ability to assess learning effectiveness

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
