Job Descriptions
. Perform investigation for RMA cards from Customer and provide detailed assessment report and proposed repair actions.
. Work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure necessary repair action has been carried out for all RMA cards before ship to Customer.
. Communicate closely with Customer and other sites on probe card related matter.
. Support DOE projects and provide analysis report to Customer.
. Prepare necessary report demanded by supervisor and Customer.
. Attend internal and external meetings.
. Compile daily activity Tracker & submit Monthly Report
. Provide application support, technical solutions for Probe cards to various customer across Singapore& Overseas.
. Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide onsite support to resolve probe related failures.
. Work closely with HQ counterparts to understand new product/technology portfolios and transfer knowledge to customers.
. Support customers throughout the entire product development lifecycle: evaluation, qualification and mass production.
. Work closely with Customer product engineers to troubleshoot and verify probe cards and ensure Probe card fit to run for production.
. Participate DOE projects at customer site to improve Probe card Testing performance.
. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including HQ counterparts to meet customer different needs and ensure Customer satisfaction.
. Travel to customer sites (local and overseas) for support if required.
Requirements
. Knowledge of electronic components and their applications will be added advantage.
. Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking and effective problem solving.
. Effective communication and presentation skill, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers.
. Customer-focused, proactive, and equipped with a strong problem-solving mindset.
