Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute strategic sales initiatives, identify new business opportunities, develop relationships with potential and existing clients, and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, collaborating with marketing teams to generate leads, and preparing detailed reports to track progress and inform decision-making. The role also involves mentoring junior team members to maximize their performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in driving Sales and Business Development success, including lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management
  • Strong Negotiation and Strategic Planning skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and craft effective sales strategies
  • Experience with CRM Tools and Sales Analytics to manage pipelines and track customer interactions
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Digital Transformation, IT Services, and emerging technologies such as Telecom, Blockchain, and AI is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
  • Self-motivated professional capable of working effectively in a remote, part-time setting
