Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home on designated days. As a Talent Development Manager / Learning & Development Specialist / Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, managing learning initiatives, and developing leadership competencies across the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting learning needs assessments, creating instructional materials, delivering training sessions, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals and build a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Training & Development and Learning Management
  • Strong skills in Training delivery and Instructional Design
  • Demonstrated experience in Leadership Development programs
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze learning needs and implement effective solutions
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
  • Experience in quality management or compliance-focused environments is a bonus
