As a Talent Development Manager / Learning & Development Specialist / Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, managing learning initiatives, and developing leadership competencies across the organization. Key responsibilities include conducting learning needs assessments, creating instructional materials, delivering training sessions, and monitoring the effectiveness of training programs.
