Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Talent Development Manager / Learning & Development Specialist / Training Coordinator will oversee the design, implementation, and management of training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational development. This role involves creating and managing learning platforms, designing instructional materials, conducting training sessions, and fostering leadership growth within teams. The candidate will also collaborate across departments to identify training needs and ensure alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Training & Development and delivering training programs
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management systems and maintaining effective training platforms
  • Experience in Instructional Design and creating engaging learning materials
  • Proficiency in Leadership Development and organizational growth strategies
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in both in-office and remote settings
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Professional certification in learning, training, or development (e.g., CPLP, SHRM-CP) is a plus
