Job Description

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

Working Location: Singapore

Reports to: Country HR

1. Background

We are a dynamic and growing electronics manufacturing company committed to innovation, operational excellence, and building high-performing teams. As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to lead our recruitment strategy and attract top-tier technical and operational talent. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth by ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals across engineering, production, and corporate functions.

2. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing and engineering sector
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
  • Drive recruitment metrics and analytics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring practices

3. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or electronics sectors
  • Proven track record in hiring for technical roles such as engineers, production staff, and skilled workers
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data
  • Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
