Job Title: Talent Acquisition Lead

As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to lead our recruitment strategy and attract top-tier technical and operational talent. This role will play a critical part in supporting business growth by ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals across engineering, production, and corporate functions.
2. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and corporate roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, job specifications, and team dynamics
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and industry networks
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice within the manufacturing and engineering sector
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Drive recruitment metrics and analytics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor hiring practices
3. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, engineering, or electronics sectors
- Proven track record in hiring for technical roles such as engineers, production staff, and skilled workers
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills
