6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Our teams of industry-focused specialists are able to identify and engage with key people in their sectors around the world to gain insight into their markets, organisations, individual motivations and aspirations.

Due to a new contract win we are looking for an experienced talent acquisition / search professional to deliver senior level projects throughout China, based from our Singapore office.

The Role

The role will be a varied role, working directly for our client embedded within their recruitment team and will include:-

• Taking responsibility for managing multiple projects generated from within the APAC region
• Identifying and engaging with high performing people to discuss opportunities with the client
• Delivering successful talent solutions for our clients
• Providing relevant feedback to the client on market conditions
• Reporting on performance metrics

What we look for

You will have a background in Executive Research, Executive Search or Contingency recruitment, and will be passionate about delivering high quality solutions. Your skillset should include:-

• Experience working within an internal recruitment environment
• Proficient in sophisticated search methodologies and direct sourcing
• Candidate engagement and assessment
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
• Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage
• Strong Stakeholder Management throughout recruitment process (brief stage to delivery)

You will work closely with our global embedded team and our local team in Singapore.

The role will be office based 1 or 2 days per week, although this may be 4 days a week during your initial induction phase.
