We are partnering with one of Singapore's leading food supply company to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing HR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring requirements.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for corporate, retail, and operational roles.
• Source candidates through various platforms and job portals
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction in the FMCG and retail sectors.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
• Passionate about building talent pipelines and connecting with people.
