Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.)
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven 5-9 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Strong understanding of hiring practices and labor regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset
