Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3-5 years of in-house experience, particularly in campus and mass hiring. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in Singapore's labor laws, TAFEP requirements, and capable of managing both high-volume and niche role recruitment. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and recruitment agencies to support the rapid growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus and Overseas Hiring:
- Conduct campus recruitment and manage relationships with local universities, polytechnics, and ITEs.
- Handle overseas hiring, ensuring compliance with visa application processes and global mobility procedures.
Compliance and Regulations:
- Ensure all recruitment activities are in strict accordance with Singapore's labor laws, labor market rules, and TAFEP guidelines.
High-Volume and Niche Recruitment:
- Manage large-scale recruitment drives and specialized hiring needs.
- Collaborate with different types of recruitment agencies to integrate resources and complete tasks efficiently.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand and meet their recruitment expectations.
- Provide strategic talent acquisition insights to facilitate informed, data-driven decisions.
Company Branding:
Strategic Sourcing:
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from requisition management and prescreening to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain electronic and paper-based personal files.
Process Excellence:
- Manage recruitment data and report.
- Perform salary benchmarking and prepare insightful recruitment reports.
Talent Pool and Mapping:
Qualification and Requirement:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic sourcing and high-volume recruitment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a field related to pharmaceuticals is preferred.
- Successfully complete the expansion of a team of 200-300 people.
- Ensure efficient and compliant visa application and global mobility processes.
- Enhance the recruitment strategy for the CDMO and pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Posting, MyCareersFuture, and JobStreet.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and dashboards.
- Solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical, attention-to-detail, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
- Demonstrated experience across the entire talent lifecycle, including process design, assessment techniques (behavioral-based interviewing), and talent pooling.
- Able to work in Fast-paced, high-volume, and short notice environment requiring efficiency and adaptability.
