Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Singapore. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various functions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Develop job postings and maintain postings on job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners
- Conduct candidate assessments and schedule interviews efficiently
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide reports on hiring metrics
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies
- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferably in Singapore)
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
