We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us find exceptional people across Singapore and the region. Reporting to our TA Senior Manager, you'll be the face of SimplifyNext to candidates sourcing top talent, managing end-to-end hiring, and delivering an outstanding experience to every applicant.

This is not just a recruiter role. You'll be a builder of teams, a storyteller of culture, and a partner to hiring managers across departments. You'll also get to work with digital tools and AI assistants that streamline recruitment and free you up to focus on high-impact work.

What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and success profiles
• Own full-cycle recruiting across tech, consulting, corporate, and delivery roles
• Craft compelling job ads and run creative, targeted sourcing campaigns
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews while ensuring a stellar candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and timely records in our ATS and recruitment dashboards
• Champion our brand in the market whether on LinkedIn or in-person events
• Leverage internal tools such as Athena HR (our AI-powered assistant) and smart workflows to speed up recruitment and automate routine tasks
• Contribute to projects that improve our hiring efficiency, diversity, and data insights
• Track market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent intelligence across the region

What You Bring

• 48 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in fast-growing or tech environments
• Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
• Excellent communication you know how to engage candidates and influence hiring teams
• Strong sense of urgency and ownership over open roles
• Knowledge of talent markets in APAC is a plus
• Energy, curiosity, and a passion for matching people to purpose
