Responsibilities
- Searching and selecting candidates in the most effective way including using LinkedIn, job board platforms, networks and referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions and position requirements.
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms.
- Manage on boarding and new hire process.
- Manage overall interview, selection, and closing process.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Take ownership for the internship placement.
- Develop talent mapping pool for all placement.
- Assist on new hire training and development programme, monthly review and tracking.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Human Resource Management, Business Studies/ Administration Management or equivalent;
- At least 3 to 5 year(s) of working experience in similar capacity.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Proactive working attitude; Able to work under pressure.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook; especially in proficient in Power Point, strong in prepare presentation slide.
- Good communication skills and likes to interact with all levels of people.
