Talent Acquisition Specialist Internship

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with employers and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for various job openings

• Conduct phone interviews and arrange interviews with employers

• Coordinate with Singapore HQ and hiring managers

• Maintain communication with overseas recruitment agents

• Prepare candidate profiles and update recruitment reports

• Assist with digital marketing recruitment campaigns

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in any field

• Fresh graduates or interns are welcome

• Good communication skills (Mandarin & English Malay is an advantage)

• Strong interest in HR, recruitment, or manpower industry

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
