Job Description

Job Purpose

The incumbent will be part of the Talent Acquisition team to oversee and assist in the proper staffing of the institution. Working closely with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to provide recruitment and talent acquisitions services such as building candidate pipelines, research and recommend the right talent sourcing market, setting up recruitment events, participate in employer branding programs to create the employee value proposition.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the completion of the recruitment and selection process including preparing salary offer.
  • Screen and shortlist potential candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and necessary documentations are completed promptly and accurately.
  • Liaise with Hiring Managers to understand business requirements.
  • Review existing recruitment and onboarding processes constantly with the objective of upholding good HR practices.
  • Review the talent search market and recommend the appropriate platform based on the sourcing position and current market trend.
  • Plan and participate in employer branding related events/activities.
  • Recommend e-hiring and strengthen digital sourcing of candidates.
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in full cycle talent acquisition (not limited to job briefing, reviewing JD, job posting, CV screening, interviewing and offer drafting).
  • Preferably with experience in corporate functions recruitment
  • Experience in passive searches using Linkedin Recruiter.
  • SAP Successfactor experience is highly advantageous.
  • Good knowledge of the law and regulations in relation to HR and employment and how to apply them within day-to-day work.
  • Able to provide recruitment advisory and consultation esp to internal stakeholders.
  • A resourceful, innovative, and meticulous individual with a keen eye on process administration and improvements.
  • Innovative and willing to explore new ways for improving work efficiencies and effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
