Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and business hiring needs. This role will partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth recruitment process, build talent pipelines, and support hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and resolving issues proactively.

Strategic Workforce Planning

  • Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and translate them into hiring plans.

Skills & Talent Mapping

  • Identify critical capabilities, talent gaps, and support hiring, upskilling, or redeployment decisions.

Project & Resource Alignment

  • Align hiring plans with project milestones, delivery requirements, and resource availability.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
  • 5-8 years of experience in technology recruitment or a similar Talent Acquisition role.
  • Experience in financial institution would be advantageous
  • Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and offer management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
